Michael-John Sever

Michael-John Sever has a diverse work experience in the construction and manufacturing industry. Michael-John currently works as a Project Manager at County Prestress LLC since March 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at RANDALL Engineered Precast from August 2019 to March 2022, including Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, and Production Specialist. Before that, they worked at Oldcastle Infrastructure from 2016 to 2019, where they served as a Purchasing Manager, Production Scheduler, and Production Assistant. Michael-John also worked as an Inside Sales Specialist & Estimator during that time. Michael-John Sever served as the Branch Manager at Cast Crete from 2013 to 2016, leading the sales and distribution of precast concrete products. Michael-John started their career as an Assistant Superintendent at Schmid Construction in 2012 and interned at the American University of Afghanistan as a Facilities Management & Physical Plant Intern in 2011. Overall, Sever has demonstrated expertise in project management, purchasing, production scheduling, sales, and construction analysis throughout their career.

Michael-John Sever has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida. Michael-John also holds a minor in Business Administration and Sustainability Studies from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Post Baccalaureate Certificate from Seminole State College of Florida in June 2021. In 2010, they obtained an Associate Constructor Certification from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC). Furthermore, they are a LEED Accredited Professional, which they obtained in 2009 from the US Green Building Council - South Florida Chapter.
