Norma Soto

Norma Soto is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction and mechanical systems industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Countywide Mechanical Systems, Inc. since April 2023, Norma previously held similar roles at WESTERN PUMP, Inc. from June 2014 to March 2023, and at Just Construction, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Norma contributed to projects at HAR Construction, Inc. from 1999 to 2010 as a Contract Project Manager. Educational background includes attendance at Sweetwater High School.
