Payal Kaul

Payal Kaul is an experienced professional in product development, quality assurance, and supply chain management, currently serving as Customer Value Director at Coupa Software since November 2019. Prior to this role, Payal held several key positions, including Director of Product Development, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain at Lithotype, where responsibilities included leading a team and developing sustainable packaging for various consumer markets. Additional experience includes directorial roles in product development and quality assurance at Emerald Packaging and a senior engineering position at Bemis Company, Inc. Payal's foundational engineering skills were developed with a Master's degree in Material Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Polymers from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune.
