Kalpana Joglekar

Kalpana Joglekar is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Coupang since November 2019, Kalpana has developed a strong expertise in talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Kalpana spent over 12 years at Rose International Inc from March 2007 to November 2019, where the positions of Sr Technical Recruiter and RDA were held. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Fergusson College and further education at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
