Sigurd J. Vik

Sigurd J. Vik has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Sigurd J. is currently the Managing Director of Coupler, a specialized marketing agency for SaaS companies. Prior to this role, they founded and served as the Strategy Director for the same company. Sigurd J. also worked as the Founder and Managing Director of Adaptable AS, a business launchpad that focuses on early-stage companies. In addition, Sigurd held the position of Business Development Director and Partner at RED Gruppen AS, where they developed new products and maintained a portfolio of clients in the ecommerce and digital media space. Sigurd J. was also a Digital Director and Partner at RED Media Consulting, responsible for creating client communication strategies and driving digital media campaigns. Before that, Sigurd worked at Tribal DDB Oslo as an Account Director, contributing to the establishment of the digital creative agency in Oslo. Sigurd J. began their career as a Creative Director and founding partner at Plastikk Media AS, where they played a crucial role in building client relationships and positioning the company as a leading provider of interactive design solutions. Sigurd's early experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Plastikk Design and as a 24hr Support Analyst and Support and System Administrator at Enron Europe.

Sigurd J. Vik began their education in 1996 at the University of Oslo, where they pursued a degree in Ex phil. In 1997, they attended London Metropolitan University and completed a BTEC Foundation in Art & Design. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, Sigurd studied at the University of the Arts London and received a BA(hons) in Fine Art – New Media. In 2001, they also participated in a short-term exchange program at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, focusing on Graphic Design.
