Tim Keenan

Tim Keenan has worked in the real estate and construction industries since 2017. In 2019 they joined coUrbanize as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they help developers and planners obtain community feedback and support for their projects. Tim also held the roles of Account Executive and Development & Planning Associate. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Project Manager at Tremont Construction Management from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and tracking contracts, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, insurance certificates and Requests for Information (RFI). Tim also captured and distributed weekly meeting minutes, coordinated project meetings, reviewed and distributed revised drawings and assembled project close out manuals. Tim coordinated with the architects, engineers, building management, and all subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure the project requirements and schedule were met.

Tim Keenan attended Boston College High School from 2009 to 2013. Tim then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Marquette University in 2017, majoring in Finance and Marketing.
