Melissa Edwards is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a robust background in management and project coordination across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Couristan Inc. since June 2017, Melissa has held various roles including Operations Manager for the Distribution Center and Customer Service Manager. Prior experience at USFloors involved significant responsibilities as Claims Manager and Training Facilitator/Project Manager, where Melissa developed Standard Operating Procedures and training programs.
