Chris U.

Chris U. currently serves as an Enterprise Implementation Manager at Coursera since August 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of Implementation Project Manager at BetterUp from November 2020 to November 2022, managing product implementations for various customers. Prior to that, Chris worked at Omnitracs from September 2015 to November 2020 as both an Implementation Consultant and a Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer onboarding, training, and account management. Chris's earlier experience includes roles as a Library Reference Paraprofessional at UNT Health Science Center and as a Library Assistant for the City of Carrollton, in addition to working in retail sales at H-E-B. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
