Zac Rule

Zac Rule is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Enterprise Sales & Channel at Coursera since December 2019. Prior to this role, Zac held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Field Operations at MemSQL, driving the go-to-market strategy for cloud database solutions. Zac has also worked as Area Vice President of Sales at DataStax, leading sales teams in the Western US for NoSQL database technology. Zac’s career includes significant positions at Oracle, where responsibilities included overseeing cloud and on-premise solutions for high-profile accounts, and roles at JasperSoft Corporation and Extensity, contributing to direct sales and reseller relationship management. Zac began a career in technology as an Information Technology Analyst at Silicon Graphics. Zac holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Chico, with a focus on Management Information Systems and Production/Operations Management.
