Douglass Miller

Douglass Miller is an experienced professional in the culinary and beverage industry, currently serving as an External Board Member for the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas since January 2022 and as a Senior Lecturer at Cornell University since August 2016. Prior to these roles, Miller held various positions at The Culinary Institute of America from November 2007 to July 2016, including Professor. Miller's extensive experience in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain encompasses roles such as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Santa Barbara and various management positions including Room Service Manager and California Bistro Manager across multiple locations. Miller holds an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Master's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
