Ian Bishop

Ian Bishop is an experienced portfolio manager at Flavors of Italy since 2007, and a sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers since March 2010. Previous roles include general manager and sommelier at Prima Kailua and Town Restaurant, as well as bar manager at Sam Choys Diamond Head. Ian has also worked as a bartender, server, and expediter at Diamond Head Grill in The W, and as a server/bartender at The Bistro. Starting in the tech field, Ian worked as a network admin and special projects assistant at Metropolitan Management and as a computer consultant at La Benz & Associates. Ian holds an AAS degree in Electronics/Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Heald College.
