Ranier Reglos

Ranier Reglos is an experienced Beverage Director currently leading programs at Crush'd Wine Bar & Kitchen and Sabio on Main. At Crush'd Wine Bar & Kitchen, Ranier designs innovative menus, enhances the dining experience through wine pairings, manages vendor relationships, and oversees the cocktail and retail programs. Notably, Ranier earned the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence in 2024 while at Sabio on Main, achieving a 20% sales increase through effective beverage program leadership. Ranier is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas, and has held various leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager at Social-Affair Lounge and Manager of Sales at House Family Winery. Education includes a certification from the French Culinary Institute.
