Lena Gryn

Lena Gryn is an accomplished Lead Product Designer at CourtCorrect, where strategic leadership in the design and implementation of an AI Complaints Management Platform significantly improved case resolution time by 72% and increased client conversion by 23%. Lena has also developed AI-driven data submission processes for the DIFC Courts and has contributed to user research and prototype development in previous roles. As an ADPList Design Mentor, Lena has provided mentorship to designers globally. Previous positions include Visual Designer at Barens Group, UX Design Intern at Amazon, and Junior UX/UI Designer at Artkai. Lena holds a Master's degree in Digital Service Design from Brunel University London and a Master's in Cultural Anthropology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, complemented by a Bachelor's in History.
