Lucy Rowan

Lucy Rowan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the judicial system and legal education. Currently serving as Executive Legal Manager in the Office of the Chief Justice at the Courts Service since September 2018, Lucy has held several key positions, including Executive Legal Officer to the President of the Court of Appeal and Judicial Assistant to both the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Ireland. Prior to this role, Lucy was a Tutor in Law at Dublin City University and completed a legal internship at Eversheds Sutherland Ireland. Academically, Lucy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Dublin City University, along with a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD Professional Academy.
