Jose Campos

Jose Campos has extensive experience in the culinary and food production industries. Currently serving as a Crew Leader and Driver at COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER LLC since May 2020, Jose previously held the position of Executive Chef at Cape Fear Seafood Company from March 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, Jose worked as a Production Supervisor at Georgia Pacific from December 2017 to June 2018 and spent over 12 years as a Sous Chef at Space Needle from March 2005 to September 2017. Jose's educational background includes a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed between 1995 and 2002.
