James Hale

James Hale has extensive experience in sales engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering for Carrier and Inside Sales at GTT and as a Senior Sales Engineer at Global Capacity since June 1999. Throughout this tenure, James has created and managed national dispatch teams, focusing on provisioning and repair within both Global Capacity and Covad Communications, where responsibilities included supporting top wholesale accounts and collaborating with product and network teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer and Customer Support/Install Technician at ISLCOM, emphasizing customer relations and installation management.
