Kevin Sandahl

As the CEO and one of the founders of the Covalience companies in 2008, Kevin’s passion has been to lead and coach high-performing global software delivery teams. To do that well, you need to know technology and you need to understand “global.” Kevin has lived and worked in over 40 countries and has traveled extensively. Kevin lived in Latin America for 12 years before getting his Engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Wheaton College. He also has an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. Kevin started his career at Accenture and IBM, working across a wide array of industries and clients providing technology solutions for business problems. He has also been invited to speak in numerous settings in the US, India, and Latin America on Global Leadership and issues affecting cross-cultural work and virtual teams. Kevin has worked with clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies across the globe. He currently splits his time between India, Malaysia, and the USA.
