Juan Duque

Juan Duque, MBA, MSF, BSIE, currently serves as Vice President and CFO for the Renewable Energy, Sustainable Materials & Refinery Services Group at Reworld Waste, where responsibilities include partnering with regional leadership to enhance revenues and EBITDA growth while driving transformational initiatives. Previously, Juan held key financial leadership roles at AbbVie, overseeing significant revenue streams and facilitating the integration of Medical Aesthetics into AbbVie operations across Latin America and Canada. Juan's extensive experience also includes a two-decade tenure at Baxter International, where roles encompassed Finance Director, managing operations in Brazil and across the Americas, and leading critical financial functions in manufacturing and supply chain. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad EAFIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
