Jerry Young

Jerry Young has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jerry worked as a Lead Systems Administrator at Covenant Transport Services from January 2021 to present, where they are responsible for technical design and system administration. Prior to that, from May 2017 to January 2021, they served as a Senior Systems Administrator at the same company, specializing in system administration for complex operating systems. Before joining Covenant Transport Services, Jerry worked at Decision Digital, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer from September 2013 to May 2017. Jerry also held the position of Sr. Systems Administrator at Perma-Fix Environmental Services from October 2007 to September 2013. Throughout their career, Jerry has gained experience in various roles, such as Network Support Technician II at EIS from July 2005 to October 2007, Desktop Support Analyst at AutoTrader.com from September 2003 to June 2005, and Certified Instructor at Broward County Schools from January 2001 to January 2004. Jerry also worked as a Customer Care Consultant at Spherion from July 2001 to September 2003. Jerry began their career as an Office Systems Technician II at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Broward County Florida from June 1996 to July 2001, and previously as a Court Video Operator from October 1990 to June 1996.

Jerry Young attended Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Network Engineering Technology. Jerry also studied at Broward College, although the specific dates and degrees obtained are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the WatchGuard Certified Systems Professional certification in 2014, and the MCDST: Windows XP and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certifications in 2004 and 2002, respectively.
