Shawn Moore

Shawn Moore has a strong background in operations management, with experience leading teams and implementing process improvement projects. Shawn is currently working as the Sr. Director of Operations at Covenant since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NFI as the General Manager from July 2016 to May 2022. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at APL Logistics as a Senior Project Manager, where they led a Lean Six Sigma program resulting in significant cost savings. Shawn also has experience as a General Manager at APL Logistics WMS for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Kellogg's, where they managed warehouse operations and achieved key metrics improvements through Lean initiatives. Shawn'searly career includes roles as a General Manager and Operations Manager in various companies within APL Logistics WMS.

Shawn Moore obtained a Masters Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2007. In 2013, they completed a program in Lean Supply Chain at the Georgia Institute of Technology. It is unknown if they attended The Ohio State University or obtained a degree there.
