Megan Zembal has a robust professional background in labour relations and human resources, with experience spanning multiple organizations such as Covenant Health Canada, ATCO Electric, and Alberta Health Services. Megan has held various roles including Manager, Labour Relations, Senior HR Business Partner, and Vice President. Megan also has experience in job evaluation, mentorship, and employee relations. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta, Megan has also pursued additional education in Employment Relations Studies and Arbitration & Mediation.
