Paige Hagerstrom

Paige Hagerstrom currently serves as Vice President and Chief Employee Experience Officer at Covenant Health, overseeing the Employee Experience function and leading the strategic plan's development and execution across five Centers of Excellence. Prior to this role, Paige held positions including System Assistant Vice President of Employee Experience and System Director of Talent Management, where responsibilities included sourcing and retaining talent and enhancing employee engagement through effective training. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at St. Joseph Healthcare, Employee Relations Manager at St. Marys Health System, and an HR Generalist at Southern Maine Medical Center. Paige holds an MBA in Human Resources from Thomas College and a B.A. in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. Additionally, Paige served as a Board Member for Advocates for Children.
