Andrew Ramaglia has a strong background in nonprofit organizations and advocacy. Andrew served as the Director of Grants Management and Compliance at Covenant House California where they managed over 50 government grants and built relationships with government agencies. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an RSVP Pro Bono Coordinator at L.A. Works and as a Catholic Youth Initiative Program Manager at USC Caruso Catholic Center. Andrew also has experience as a Substitute Teacher at Kelly Educational Svc and as a Housing Supervisor at Covenant House.
Andrew Ramaglia completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued dual master's degrees at the University of Southern California. Between 2016 and 2019, they received a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Social Change and Innovation, as well as a Master of Urban Planning degree specializing in Social and Community Planning.
