Serilla C.

Serilla C. currently serves as the Community Involvement Coordinator and Employment Specialist at Covenant House California, overseeing five employment-focused programs for transitional age youth experiencing homelessness. Prior experience includes serving as an Impact Manager at City Year San José/Silicon Valley, where Serilla facilitated the development of Americorps members and coordinated various educational programs. As an Americorps Member, Serilla provided coaching and created an after-school program for students, while previously supervising staff at UCSB UCen. Serilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
