Nicole Sickafoose

Nicole Sickafoose, CDP, currently serves as a SAIDO Master at Covenant Living Communities and Services, overseeing operations of an evidence-based dementia care program across multiple sites. In addition, Nicole holds the position of Resident Life Director, managing Life Enrichment operations at a continuing care retirement community. Previous experience includes roles as Resident Service Coordinator at Franciscan Ministries Batavia Apartments, where Nicole enhanced resident quality of life, and various positions at Kishwaukee Family YMCA, focusing on member relations and fitness instruction. Additional roles at DeVry Education Group and the American Cancer Society involved customer service and program implementation, while earlier advocacy work was conducted at The Gretchen S. Vapnar Community Crisis Center. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
