Maia Ghandour

Maia Ghandour serves as the Vice President of Physician Practices at Covenant Physician Partners. Previously, Maia held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Clinical Operations at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital. Additionally, experience includes roles as a System Project Manager at both Grace Health System and Covenant Medical Group. Maia began a professional journey in healthcare management as a Graduate Assistant at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
