Emma Ritchie has a diverse work experience. Emma started their career at the University of Central Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant in 2013. Emma then moved on to work at the Orange County Corrections Department as an Assistant Program Coordinator in 2013 and continued in that role until 2014. In 2014, Emma joined GlobalOptions (now CoventBridge Group) as a Desktop Investigator and later transitioned to the role of SIU Analyst. Emma worked in these positions until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they have been associated with CoventBridge Group. Starting as an SIU Compliance Analyst, Emma eventually became the SIU Compliance Director in September 2018, a position they currently hold.
Emma Ritchie has a strong educational background with degrees in Criminal Justice. Emma obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic degrees, Emma holds additional certifications as a Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS) from AEI and is a licensed Private Investigator in both North Carolina and Georgia, as granted by the Private Detectives & Security Agencies institution.
