Helen Pegler CEMAP has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services sectors, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Coventry Building Society since February 2014. Helen has held various roles within the organization, including Team Manager for Intermediary Development and Business Development Manager, effectively managing a panel of over 800 mortgage advisors for major corporate estate agents. Prior experience includes positions at Bespoke Broker Services Limited as Director, where a tailored service for the intermediary market was offered, and as a Business Development Manager at Natwest Intermediary Solutions. Helen began a career in finance at NPR Engineering as Company Secretary, and holds a degree in Soft Furnishings & Decorative Finishes from Walsall College.
