Kristina Wallen started their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and Voice Talent at CompanyVoice, LLC. Kristina then moved up to become a Senior Supervisor, managing a team of 35-40 agents and handling client relations. In 2017, Kristina joined Coventry as a Coordinator of Account Services. After two years, they were promoted to the role of Director of Call Center Operations. Kristina currently holds this position, leading and creating the life settlement industry for Coventry.
Kristina Wallen has studied Psychology at Gwynedd Mercy University and Montgomery County Community College. Kristina has not completed any specific degree programs at these institutions. Additionally, they have obtained a Life Insurance License (PA) in August 2017.
