Joe Iraci

Joe Iraci is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the finance and asset management sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at CoVenture since May 2023, Joe previously held the position of Director at Adherence, LLC from January 2016 to May 2023. Prior roles include Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at NorthCoast Asset Management and Counsel, Director of Legal Affairs at The Kenmar Olympia Group. Joe's legal career began with positions at The Kenmar Group, Iridian Asset Management, and various legal internships, including a notable role at the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division. Joe holds a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, an MBA in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, and a BA in Marketing from Fordham University.
