Tracy Carson

Tracy Carson currently serves as the Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Coveo, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Customer Engagement at OwnBackup from July 2021 to March 2023, where Tracy operationalized customer-first strategies and established scalable programs aligned with the customer lifecycle. Previous to OwnBackup, Tracy was the Director of Customer Experience Marketing at Coveo from January 2017 to July 2021, focusing on strategic customer engagement and communications. Additional roles include Event Lead for the Young Women Innovators Conference at St. Lawrence College from 2013 to 2018, Director of Marketing at Stantive Technologies Group Inc. from 2008 to 2016, Producer at Gardner Productions Inc. from 2005 to 2007, and Communications Coordinator at Focus on Health and Safety Inc. from 2003 to 2004. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ryerson University, obtained in 2005.
