Kristen Zipp

Kristen Zipp, CPCU, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in product management within the insurtech sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Insurance Product for the Americas at Cover Genius since September 2019, Kristen plays a pivotal role in advancing the XCover platform. Prior to this position, Kristen held multiple product management roles at Esurance from August 2012 to September 2019 and began a career in underwriting at Nationwide Insurance from February 2006 to August 2012. Early experience includes a customer service role at CIS Data Systems, Inc. Kristen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, between 2002 and 2005, and also attended UC Irvine from 2001 to 2002.
