Micha Kornreich

Micha Kornreich has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and research.

From May 2020 to June 2021, Micha worked at Covera Health as an Artificial Intelligence Scientist. In July 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Artificial Intelligence Scientist, and their employment at the company is ongoing.

Prior to joining Covera Health, Micha worked at New York University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from January 2017 to May 2020. Their role involved developing efficient computer-vision techniques for rapid particle tracking and utilizing machine learning and physics tools for data analysis. They also designed and built computerized experimental setups.

Before their time at New York University, Micha worked at Tel Aviv University. From September 2013 to September 2016, they served as a Teaching Assistant for the Electrodynamics course. During this time, they received an award for an exceptional score in the students' satisfactory poll. Additionally, from September 2011 to September 2016, Micha conducted PhD research at Tel Aviv University. Their research focused on devising an algorithm to compute physical entropy and using machine learning for sequence analysis of protein families.

Micha Kornreich completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Math from Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2012. They went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physics from the same institution from 2012 to 2017.
