Brett Jackson

Brett Jackson is a Senior Research Specialist at Covered California, with over two decades of experience since joining the organization in November 2000. Previously, Brett worked at CalPERS from February 2008 to December 2020 as a Research Program Specialist II, leading projects such as the Retiree Drug Subsidy Program and Healthcare Risk Adjustment, and serving as the plan liaison to Anthem Blue Cross on health care premium settings for the State of California and Public Agencies. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Management from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
