Donna Aguilar

Donna Aguilar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Donna currently holds the position of Executive Recruitment Section Chief (SSM II) at Covered California, where they have also served as the Acting Executive Recruitment Section Chief and Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, they worked as the Exam, Employment & Classification Services Unit Chief - HR and HR Executive Recruitment Manager at Covered California.

Before joining Covered California, Donna served as the Classification & Pay and Performance Manager at the California Air Resources Board. Donna also has experience as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Covered California and as a Classification and Placement Analyst at the California Department of Child Support Services.

Donna's earlier experience includes roles at the California Department of Water Resources, where they worked as a Classification and Pay Analyst and later as a Personnel Supervisor.

Donna Aguilar graduated from California State University-Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication in the period from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended American River College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
