Phi Pham

Phi Pham has extensive experience in IT services and customer support, currently serving as an IT Service Desk Student Assistant at Covered California since August 2017. In this role, Phi Pham effectively acts as the first point of contact for the Service 1 Help Desk, managing various inquiries and resolving IT help desk tickets through the Service Portal. Previous experience includes working as an Electronic Sales Associate at Fry's Electronics, where Phi Pham provided tailored home network solutions and conducted product research for customer needs. Phi Pham holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Sierra College (2013-2015) and has furthered education at Sacramento State College of Business Administration (2015-2017).
