Shalaka Bhagwat

Shalaka Bhagwat is a Learning Program Analyst at Covered California since July 2022, bringing a diverse background in instructional design and technical writing. Previous roles include Instructional Design Student Assistant at California State University-Sacramento and Assistant Online Course Designer at Los Rios Community College District. Shalaka's experience also encompasses technical editing at Oracle India and NetApp, and contributions to faculty diversity initiatives at Los Rios Community College District. Shalaka holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from California State University-Sacramento and a Master's degree in English Literature from Punjabi University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Currently engaged in further education at Calbright College.
