Allison Barretta

Allison Barretta currently serves as a Senior Performance Management Consultant at Orbis / Coverent, where responsibilities include leading research design, data collection, and analysis to optimize specialized projects in support of client missions. With extensive experience in research methodology, Allison has previously held roles as a Senior Research Methodologist at SAIC, a Research Methodologist at Leidos, and ManTech, focusing on enhancing personnel security processes within the federal government. Earlier career positions included Senior Associate at ICF International and Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research, both supporting the National Security Agency in evaluating training effectiveness.
