Caitlin Saenz is the current Chief Operating Officer at CoverHound. Caitlin has extensive experience in customer service and retention, having worked as a Service/Retention Supervisor at GEICO from March 2008 to November 2017. During their time at GEICO, Caitlin led 2 Pilot initiatives focusing on improving customer survey results and increasing customer attrition. These initiatives resulted in a 6-point attrition lift and a 2-point customer satisfaction survey lift. Caitlin was also responsible for conducting interviewing, hiring, and training for their department. Caitlin was nominated for the 2015 Award for Economic Value Added due to the results they achieved on their teams. In addition to their work in customer service, Caitlin also created specific syllabus material, quizzes, and exams for Leadership Development training. Caitlin averaged a 90% pass ratio for the student's proctored exams.

Caitlin Saenz has a Master of Arts in Communication from Regent University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Tidewater Community College. Caitlin also has certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute as a Yellow Belt Certified and from The Institutes as SM-18 (Supervisory Management).

Caitlin Saenz reports to Keith Moore, CEO. They are on a team with Tarek Elsawaf - Chief Analytics Officer, Kelli Broin - Chief Product Officer, and Nathan Seither - Chief Technology Officer.
