Juan Ornia Alonso

Juan Ornia Alonso currently serves as the Director of Operations & Strategy at CoverWallet, an Aon company, since November 2022. Previously, Juan held several positions at Glovo, including Operations Associate Director for South and Eastern Europe, where operations were led across eight countries, and Head of Operations for Central America, overseeing operations in six countries. Other notable roles at Glovo included Country Lead Interim and Head of Operations in Peru, where significant scaling of supply operations occurred. Earlier experience includes a Design Engineering Internship at Empresarios Agrupados and a role as a Glover at Glovo. Juan holds a Master in Energy Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a degree in Energy Engineering, alongside pursuing a degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
