Rachael Morris

Rachael Morris is a Senior Project Manager at Covestic, overseeing the onboarding of internal Microsoft teams to the Service Now platform since August 2017, where responsibilities include project management, business analysis, and tool configuration. In addition, Rachael serves as an Operations Manager at Unisys, managing IT service delivery across 80 countries and communicating project risks to senior leadership. Previously, Rachael held the position of Operations Manager at the University of Washington - School of Medicine, where responsibilities included managing budgets for over 170 research projects totaling $30 million annually. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from SUNY Empire State College, completed in 2012, and attended Shoreline Community College from 2006 to 2008.
