Justus Kaiser

Justus Kaiser is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations at Covestro, a position held since November 2012, overseeing sales and coordination for specialty plastic films across the EMEA and LATAM regions. Prior roles at Covestro include Head of Regional Product & Supply Management and Global Project Lead Product Supply, where Justus introduced a Global Product Supply Management system for specialty films. Justus has also held roles at Bayer MaterialScience India as a marketing intern, gained valuable experience as a management trainee at Bayer AG, and worked in community service and media industries. Justus holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, supplemented by a summer program at Peking University.
