Katharina Bruchhaus

Katharina Bruchhaus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Katharina started their career at Communico GbR as a Werkstudent from October 2006 to July 2008. Following that, they worked as an intern at Fraport AG from August to December 2008. Katharina then joined Bayer in August 2009 and held various roles, including HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Team Coordinator, and HR Team Lead. In August 2015, they moved to Covestro, where they held positions such as HR Team Lead, HR Business Partner & Project Manager, Head of Human Resources, and HR Senior Project Manager M&A. Currently, they are working as the Head of HR Process Excellence at Covestro, a role they began in January 2023.

Katharina Bruchhaus completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, attending from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications related to agile project management and digital transformation. These certifications include "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management", "Agile und digitale Transformation", and "Digital Transformation Foundations", all obtained from LinkedIn in September and October of 2022.
