Robert Raday

Robert (Mike) Raday has extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Robert (Mike) currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Covia, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to joining Covia, Raday worked at Buckman from 2019 to 2023, where they held the positions of Vice President of Global Operations and General Manager - Operations. Before that, they worked at H.B. Fuller from 2014 to 2019, holding various roles such as Director of Global Engineering, Global Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer-Global Reactives, and Senior Plant Manager. Raday also worked at Logical Systems LLC as a Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, and at TSE Industries, Incorporated from 2000 to 2012 in roles including Global Composites Business Director, Composites Business Development Manager, Process/Product Development Manager, Process Engineering Manager, and Production Manager.

Robert (Mike) Raday holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Certificate of Professional Achievement from Kellogg Executive Education in 2021 and a Florida Contractors License from the State of Florida in August 2006.
