Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Wonderflow, Gianluca focuses on leveraging Voice of Customer (VoC) data for business value. As an investor and advisor at Startup Bakery, Gianluca contributes to B2B SaaS innovation in Italy. Additional roles include mentoring at MIP Politecnico di Milano and previously leading Vivocha as co-founder and CEO, where Gianluca developed a premier customer engagement platform.
