Matthew Herz

Matthew Herz has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial industries. Matthew most recently worked as the CMO at Covr Financial Technologies, where they partnered with financial institutions and insurance carriers to provide simplified insurance solutions to financial advisors and their clients. Prior to that, Matthew served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at IDU, Inc., where they led and executed sales and marketing strategies to transform the company into a multiline solution provider. Matthew also founded and served as President of JustDI, where they provided consultative coaching to insurance professionals and supported a nationwide sales team. Earlier in their career, Matthew was the Managing Partner at Herz Financial, where they provided wealth management, insurance, financial planning, and estate planning services to high net worth individuals. Matthew also worked as an insurance agent, developing and managing their own book of insurance and investment clients. Throughout their career, Matthew has received recognition for their expertise, including multiple "Top of the Table" Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) Awards.

Matthew Herz attended Avon High School from 1987 to 1991, graduating in 1991. Matthew then studied at Bentley University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1995.
