Yarden Rapoport has extensive experience in customer support, operations, and management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Support & Operations Team Lead at Covver since January 2023, Yarden leads and mentors the support team while managing vendor communications. Previous roles include content editing and customer success at Nilus, coordinating the Masa Israel Teaching Fellow program at BINA, and managing scholarship programs at the National Union of Israeli Students. Yarden also held leadership positions at the Yesh Atid Political Party and served as an emissary for the Jewish Agency for Israel. Yarden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Political Science from Ben-Gurion University and a diploma in Web Page and Digital/Multimedia Design.
