Elizabeth Safran

Elizabeth Safran is a seasoned Copyright and Trademark Attorney at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP since September 2019, having previously served as a Legal Intern at the same firm. Elizabeth gained diverse legal experience through internships with the Chambers of the Hon. Ona T. Wang and Christie's Intellectual Property Department, where responsibilities included legal research, drafting legal documents, and participating in settlement conferences. Early career roles included advocacy in family court at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and content production as a copywriter and editor at Launch Digital Marketing. Elizabeth is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law with a J.D. and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
