Jim Puckett

Jim Puckett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Cox Automotive Inc. since August 2020, Jim previously held various roles at IBM from 2005 to August 2020, including Product Manager and Premium Support Manager. Jim's career began at Lotus, where from June 1999 to June 2005, Jim worked as a Staff Software Engineer providing technical support for products such as Lotus Sametime, Notes/Domino, and cc:Mail. Jim holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1987 and 1991.
