Sarnjit Kaur

Sarnjit Kaur is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer for International at Cox Automotive Inc. since January 2023, Sarnjit leads the design and delivery of the market people strategy. Previously, Sarnjit held various HR leadership roles at Cox Automotive Europe, including HR Director for Europe and HR Director for Commercial Businesses, where responsibilities encompassed implementing strategic people priorities and driving a people-centric HR model. Prior experience includes roles at Santander UK, Sheffield City Council, and Abbey National PLC, where Sarnjit contributed to a range of HR functions, including project management, senior business partnering, and diversity initiatives. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in CIPD, a Certificate in Management Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Law.
